Purchased a Meeting Room Device with Express Rooms Services? You’re in the right place.

Step 1: Activate Entitlement

Upon completing your Express Room Service purchase, simply select "Activate Entitlement" from the right-hand panel and provide contact details. A member of our expert team will then reach out to the nominated point of contact to provide tailored guidance and support with the entitlement process.

Step 2: Request Support or Assistance 

For assistance or training, select "Support Request" from the right-hand panel. One of our knowledgeable experts will promptly get in touch.  

Important: Support requests can only be processed once the room's entitlement has been activated. Please see Step 1 for activation instructions.
